Many Seniors in Sun City like the ease of low maintenance back yards.  This particular home owner wanted a jacuzzi in the back yard to be updated with a new wood decking.  So most of the decking was designed around the area that  took up most of the yard.  This is the early stages of the setting up and getting ready to lay the wood foundation.

This is a photo after the decking was completed and painted.  We even painted the Jacuzzi to match the decking.  This now will give the home owner an easy way to enjoy the cozy comfort of getting into the jacuzzi and sitting around the jacuzzi to enjoy the out door surrounding areas.  Wood decking can provide a warm and cozy environment.

This is the same backyard with a corner available for low maintenance plants.  Sun City does get a little hot in the summer time, so succulents and cactus was picked by the homeowner as the plants of choice.  These plants will be help to keep a low maintenance back yard.
